Science Minister Ofir Akunis welcomed the Australian government's decision to stop aid to the PA because it is intended for terrorism.
"The financial aid of the countries of the world and international bodies has long since become the money for terror," Akunis said. "Now, any money transferred as 'aid' to the Palestinians is not used for civilian purposes and for the advancement of peace, but rather is transferred to support terror, so it would be good for other countries in the world to stop aid to Palestinian terrorism, as Australia did."
