A group of Arabs from the village of Asira al-Kabaliya in Samaria set fires in two locations Friday. They had advanced from their village toward the neighborhood of Shalhevet-Yah in the community of Yitzhar.
Yitzhar's security officer, the community firefighting team and an IDF force were at work putting out the fires.
A source in Yitzhar said that "every summer, Arabs from the villages next to Yitzhar set dozens of fires, mostly on Friday afternoons and during the Sabbath."
