Knesset shoots down law extending shelf life of products

A bill that would extend the amount of time that Israelis can return products they bought to a store did not muster the necessary amount of votes to become law. The bill, which was proposed by Zionist Union MK Ksenia Svetlova, would have defined the mandatory 14 days that Israelis can return goods as business days, excluding Shabbat and holidays.
