Energy Minister Dr. Yuval Steinitz met on Tuesday with Jared Kushner, U.S. President Donald Trump’s senior adviser, and Jason Greenblatt, the special envoy to the Middle East. The meeting was attended by Israel's ambassador to the United States, Ron Dermer.
During the meeting, the border dispute between Israel and Lebanon, the conditions for the development of the Gazan Marine gas field off the Gaza coast and other issues to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, including the supply of electricity and water, were discussed.
The meeting was also attended by Petroleum Commissioner Yossi Wirtzburger.
