Judge orders closure of Haifa ammonia plant

A Haifa judge ordered the immediate closure of Haifa's ammonia plant and fined Haifa Chemicals NIS 500,000. The government had decided that the plant was a health risk due to the inability to defend the toxic chemicals from rockets.
