US Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, tweeted a photo of a meeting with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu Friday and the words: "Great meeting at PM Netanyahu's office".
Also seen in the photo were Seenior Advisor to President Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, and Special Representative for International Negotiations, Jason Greenblatt.
Greenblatt and Kushner are expected to present Netanyahu with details of the American-sponsored peace plan in the hope of re-starting a negotiation process between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
