Herzog: 'I have agreed to take position as Jewish Agency Chairman'

MK Isaac Herzog, announced that "in light of my appeal to leaders of Diaspora Jewry, I have agreed to take on the role of Chairman of the Jewish Agency, which is a time of significant challenges regarding the relations between the Jewish people and the State of Israel. I will take over from August 1."
