Former US Intel head Clapper blasts child separation policy

Former United States Intelligence Director James Clapper blasted the policy of separating the children of illegal immigrants from their parents. "There is a pretty fine line between civility and brutality," said Clapper during an interview with CNN. "I think much thinner than people might think, based on what I have observed in other countries."
