The Supreme Court has invalidated two questions from the last Bar Association examination, which was the first to take place in the new format.
The decision was made on an administrative appeal filed against the Jerusalem District Court ruling, which dismissed three questions. The 66-percent failure rate was the highest in the history of the Bar Association examinations. The average score of 59.1 was the lowest in the state's history.
