Police units on the outskirts of northwest Jerusalem stopped a suspicious vehicle that drove against traffic.
Police questioned the driver and passenger and searched the vehicle. Inside the vehicle police seized a knife hidden under the seat.
Two Palestinian Arabs were arrested and the investigation into the incident is continuing.
