Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said on Tuesday that improving the situation of Gaza residents will not stop Hamas attempts to harm soldiers and civilians.
Speaking at a conference of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Liberman said ,"Anyone who thinks that improving the humanitarian situation in Gaza will prevent friction in the fence or launching kites is wrong and misleading."
