The head of Iran's Atomic Energy Agency, Ali Akbar Salehi, has announced that the Tehran government has begun setting up infrastructure for building new centrifuges at the Natanz nuclear reactor.
He said that this was not a violation of the nuclear agreement signed with world powers in 2015.
