As part of the Finance Ministry's Mechir Lemishtaken (Buyer's Price) affordable-housing program, 4 complexes comprising approximately 729 residential units were successfully marketed in saturated construction at the Savyon Junction in the Tel Aviv suburb of Kiryat Ono.
The prices of the apartments will reflect a 28% discount on the prices of similar apartments in the market.
