Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks, former Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom and the British Commonwealth, will deliver the opening lecture on the world of Jewish philosophy this week at Bar-Ilan University.
The first forum of its kind in the school's Academy of the Department of Jewish Philosophy will examine contemporary issues in Jewish thought and philosophy.
