Yerachmiel Taube, 28, was arrested on suspicion of damaging the eruv in the town of Sharon, Massachusetts.
According to the suspect's name, it appears that he is a Jew. The arrest took place about a day after the police posted on Facebook that it had opened an investigation after extensive attacks were carried out on the eruv over the past few weeks.
