The Knesset Presidium decided a few minutes ago, in an unusual move, not to allow the proposal of a "Basic Law: a state of all its citizens", by members of Balad faction Jamal Zahalka, Hanin Zoabi and Joumah Azbarga, because it denies the existence of The State of Israel as the state of the Jewish people.
