Dozens of police, Border Guards and reinforcements will be deployed throughout the Old City and other parts of Jerusalem on Friday to ensure order with tens of thousands coming to the Temple Mount for Ramadan prayers.
A number of traffic arteries will be blocked as follows:
Between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm: Derech Shechem, Derech Yericho, Kvish Haophel, Maalot Ir David, Salah Ad-Din Street, Shmuel Ben Adiya, Sultan Suleiman and Wadi Joz.
Between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm: Cheil Hahandasa Street, Derech Hevron from Miriam Hachashmona'it Street to the north of the city, Hatzanchanim Street and Sderot Bar-Lev from the Mateh Artzi Police Headquarters Junction to the south of the city.
Between 6:30 am and 2:30pm: Derekh Shechem, Omar Bin Elas Street and Salah Ad-Din Street.
