On Sunday, the Supreme Court will hear two petitions by council heads of Palestinian Authority villages and human rights organizations against the Regulation Law for authorizing currently unauthorized Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, according to Channel 10 Television.
The petitioners are arguing that the law restricts the discretion of the authorities and requires them to expropriate land and use rights from Arabs for an indefinite period.
