For the first time, Partner Group employees who worked at least 9 months for the company in 2017.will benefit from the profit-sharing mechanism determined in the collective agreement signed between the Company's management, the Histadrut and the workers' committee.
All eligible employees will receive a special grant of 450 shekels in the May salary (which will be paid to workers in the next few days), beyond the salary increases and personal bonuses they received for 2017. The amount of the bonus is based on the EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization).
