Supreme Court Justice Dafna Barak Erez stated that the State Prosecutor's Office must respond to the family of fallen soldier Hadar Goldin's request to issue an order preventing the transfer of the body of Hamas terrorist Aziz 'Awisat fo burial.
The Goldin family appealed to the High Court of Justice to issue an interim order against the government and not to release the body of the terrorist who died this week in a prison for burial.
The family joined Interior Minister Gilad Erdan's instruction that the Israel Prison Service would not transfer the body to the terrorist's family.
