Spokesman Adham Abu Salmiya of the Authority to Break the Siege said on Tuesday afternoon, "Four Israeli warships are surrounding the ship to break the siege," according to Channel 10 Television.
The "ship" is one of two small vessels trying to go past the nine-mile limit set up by Israel to avoid the smuggling of arms and other military equipment into Gaza.
