A man in his 40s evacuated himself to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva after being hit by a mortar shell this morning.
He suffered from shrapnel in the shoulder and ear and complains of hissing in the ears. He was treated in the surgical emergency room and his wounds were described as light.
