The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has acquitted Chief Superintendent Erez Tavor and Officer Tal Ben Kiki of the charge of beating an Arab on the Temple Mount in 2016.
The court criticized the decision of the Police Internal Investigations Department to indict the two.
