Islamic Jihad has welcomed the mortar barrage this morning on Israeli Gaza-perimeter communities.
Jihad spokesman in Gaza Daoud Shihab said that this was a "welcome response by the resistance," adding, "The blood of our people is not cheap so the terrorists will do as they please without deterrence."
