President Reuven Rivlin has spoken with children of the kindergarten in the Gaza vicinity which was hit by a mortar shell, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
Rivlin told them, "I wish you a quiet day. I'm waiting for you to come visit us at the President's Residence."
