Chairman Gadi Yarkoni of the Eshkol Regional Council has responded to the rush-hour barrage of mortar fire at the Gaza vicinity by saying, "We are preparing for a complex morning at the educational institutions with the reactions of the children. Our education teams have learned from experience and, accompanied by professionals in the council, we are preparing to provide all the necessary solutions for our children."
Yarkoni added, "We are in constant contact with the army. At the moment there is no change in the guidelines for the residents and we are monitoring every development."
