    Head of Prime Minister's Office stepping down

    Director-General Eli Groner of the Prime Minister's Office has informed Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of his intention to resign as of the end of the Knesset's summer session.

    Netanyahu thanked Groner for his service and asked him to complete business-licensing Reform during the current session. Groner began his position in the Prime Minister's Office in May 2015. Prior to that, he served as Israel's economic attache in Washington, DC, as well as senior positions in the business sector, including THE Tnuva agricultural cooperative.
