Russian-Jewish billionaire Roman Abramovich has landed in Israel in preparation for his absorption as a new immigrant, according to Channel 10 Television.
The Ministry of the Interior has confirmed the owner of England's Chelsea soccer team immigration application. The decision to immigrate to Israel was made after his visa in Britain was not renewed and not honored before it expired.
