According to the report, in recent days, party leaders have agreed on the outline, according to which the bill will pass as a government bill during the Knesset's summer session and before the deadline for the law in September by order of the Supreme Court.
According to the plan, as soon as the professional staff of the Defense Ministry finishes drafting the draft law according to the needs of the defense establishment, the draft bill will be sent to Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman and from him to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and to the members of the limited forum that will discuss the law - without publishing the outline of the defense establishment to the public.
