A new bill by Member of Knesset Mickey Zohar (Likud) seeks to make it more difficult for the media to report on investigations of public figures, according to News 2.

MK Zohar's bill is an upgraded and more developed version of the "Recommendations Law". If the previous law determined that it is not allowed to publicize the police's recommendations in cases of public figures without the approval of the attorney general, now Zohar wants to expand this to all of the police investigations."
