Chairman Yoav Kisch of the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee said on Sunday, "I do not see a way to extend the term of office of the police commissioner for a fourth year."
Interviewed by News 2 on extending Police Chief Roni Alsheikh's term in light of the apparent adversarial relationship between Alsheikh and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, brought to light in the corruption investigations against Netanyahu, the lawmaker from Netanyahu's Likud party said Alsheikh "has to finish."
