Deputy Defense Minister Rabbi Eli Ben Dahan responded on Thursday evening to the Supreme Court's decision to unanimously reject the petitions filed by leftist organizations against the open-fire regulations given to IDF soldiers on the Gaza border.
"A delusional petition whose sole purpose is to strengthen the anti-Israel lie. IDF soldiers are heroes who stand guard over our country in order to protect all citizens of the state, Jews and Arabs alike. The judges of the Supreme Court made the right decision and acted in accordance with common sense," Ben Dahan said.
