The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office has informed representatives of the extreme leftist activist Ezra Nawi of a decision to file an indictment against him in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court.
Nawi allegedly informed Palestinian Authority Preventive Security forces on several occasions about PA residents who were involved in land-holding and land-sale transactions in the southern Hevron Hills. Under PA law, sale of land to Israelis is a capital offense.
