A 24-year-old scooter rider, a resident of Sakhnin, was injured Tuesday evening in a head-on collision with a private vehicle on the road to the village of I'billin in northern Israel.
The scooter rider was evacuated to the Rambam Hospital in Haifa with moderate-to-serious injuries. Police are investigating the accident.
