A 30-year-old man was detained for questioning by police on Tuesday after he hit a lawyer for his wife in the face at the Netanya rabbinical court, according to News 2.
The attack came after the attorney made it clear that the wife, who is staying in a shelter for abused women, was not interested in returning home and wanted a divorce. As a result of the blow, the lawyer fell and her face was bloodied, according to the secretary of the court, who said he had not seen anything like it in his 21 years at the court.
