Border Police officers located a concrete pump in Hevron that was stolen earlier this month from a construction contractor in Mevasseret Zion. The value of the pump is estimated at NIS 1 million.
The troops arrested a Palestinian Authority resident in his fifties who owned the cement factory where the truck was found.
