The Tel Aviv District Court recently filed an indictment against Halmi Git, 33, of Hevron, for a wide-ranging affair involving the management of forums for sharing and selling stolen credit card details.
The forums included approximately 1,300,000 users from all over the world, leading to huge credit card fraud.
Among other things, the forums included details of hundreds of Israeli credit cards, and the users charged the Israeli cards at least NIS 1,000,000 (and tried to charge at least NIS 5,000,000).
