Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon estimated Thursday that there would be no economic damage to Israel as a result of the crisis with Turkey.
Interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio, Kahlon said, "I do not think our important economic relations will be harmed." He called anti-Israel statements by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, "a regular ritual," adding, "There's nothing to get excited about."
