Former director Yoram Cohen of the Shabak Israel Security Agency has expressed strong opposition to the annexation of Judea and Samaria. Interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio, he said, "If we want to reach arrangements in the future, we must not do irreversible things. Even if we can do annexation, and even if the Palestinians agree to such a move, it will be terrible."
