United States Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Sunday evening that the US embassy was being transferred to Jerusalem due to the leadership of President Donald Trump.
Speaking at a reception to kick off the embassy inauguration, Mnuchin noted that it has been more than 20 years since an overwhelming vote by both houses of Congress to approve the move.
