Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely met today with Guatemalan Foreign Minister Sandra Jovel, who is in Israel as part of the opening of the Guatemalan embassy in Jerusalem and the visit of Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales.
Hotovely congratulated the minister on her country's flag being the first to wave in Jerusalem ahead of Wednesday's embassy opening.
