Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority said on Monday night that he was willing to hold negotiations with Israel, according to Channel 10 Television.
Speaking after a meeting with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Abbas said, "We reiterate our readiness to hold serious negotiations with Israel on the basis of international resolutions."
