Mayor Nir Barkat of Jerusalem has welcomed word by President Horacio Cartes of Paraguay that he will come by the end of the month to inaugurate his country's embassy in Jerusalem.
Calling it "yet another reason to celebrate," Barkat wrote on Twitter, "Paraguay, we look forward to welcoming your embassy to our eternal capital! Thank you for standing on the side of the truth!"
