It has been disclosed that a woman soldier from an elite unit in the Israel Defense Forces and a resident of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Qalqiliya have been arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking involving dozens of transactions.
The detention of the suspect, a 26-year-old resident who was on the Israeli side of the 1949 Armistice Line illegally, has been extended from time to time and today the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court acceded to the police's request to extend the suspect's remand until Thursday.
