Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon and Tax Authority Director Eran Yaakov decided on Tuesday to recognize farmers from the Gaza Belt area who are dealing with recent kite terrorism as victims of hostile acts.
In recent weeks, during the violent riots by Gazans along the border, the rioters have flown kites with firebombs attached to them into Israeli territory with the purpose of burning down fields belonging to Israeli farmers.
