The Israel Electric Corporation and the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Company have initialed a draft commercial agreement reached by the parties.
As part of the agreement, an arrangement for the historic debt of the Palestinian Authority was arranged for the IEC, and with the final signing, the debt of approximately 915 million shekels of the Jerusalem District Electric Company Limited and the PA will be paid.
