Highways blocked due to weather

Because of the stormy weather, the following roads are closed to traffic:

Route 13 between the Tzihur and Paran Junctions
Highway 40 from the Tzihur Junction to Mitzpeh Ramon
Route 90 between the Dead Sea Hotels and Ein Gedi
