In its annual report on human rights violations, the US State Department called China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran "morally reprehensible," claiming that human rights violations within those countries render them "forces of instability."
The report also noted that Turkey, Venezuela, Myanmar, and Syria have "poor" human rights records.
