Education Minister Naftali Bennett said, Thursday evening, that "All Israel is one family."

Speaking at the awards ceremony for the Israel Prize, he saluted the ethnic diversity of the prize winners, starting with David Levi who came to Israel from Morocco to Natan Sharansky, who fought Soviet authorities to come to Israel, and noted that the Soviet Union lasted only 69 years, compared to Israel, which is celebrating its 70th birthday. He also said arguments within the society have sparked some of the innovations that have come out of the "start-up nation".
