An indictment was filed today at the military court in Samaria against Alaa Kabaha, the terrorist who carried out the vehicular attack on March 16 near Mevo Datan, in which Captain Ziv Deus and Sergeant Netanel Kahalani were killed and two other soldiers were wounded.
Kabaha is charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder. When the indictment was filed, the Military Prosecution requested that his detention be extended until the end of the proceedings in his case.
